Stainless Steel V Head with Increased Rigidity and Control
The Plumboss Folding Leg Pipe Stand with Stainless Steel V Head is a deluxe version designed for professional applications where increased rigidity, material protection, and control are required. The folding leg design allows for easy transport and compact storage while maintaining strong on-site stability.
An epoxy-coated stainless steel V head reduces scratching on pipe surfaces and eliminates arcing, making this stand well-suited to fabrication and welding environments. Height adjustment is controlled via a convenient adjusting screw, with a locking pin on the height-adjusting slide tube providing added security under load.
Additional rigidity is achieved through a tightening handle on the leg brace sliding ring, allowing the legs to be locked securely in any position. These enhancements improve overall stability and weight handling compared to the standard model. All external surfaces are powder-coated and zinc phosphate-plated to resist corrosion in demanding work conditions.
