Fully Welded Built-In Arbor for Strength and Stability
The Plumboss Built-In Arbor Hole Saw – 38 mm is designed for professional trade use where durability and cutting stability are critical. Featuring a fully welded 5.5 mm extra-thick back plate with a built-in arbor, this hole saw eliminates the issue of arbors coming loose and significantly reduces warping during use.
The welded-in arbor and rigid back plate prevent chatter, resulting in a smoother, faster cut. The superior strength makes this one of the most durable hole saws when drilling into pipes or cutting on angles, where lesser hole saws can flex or fail.
An irregular tooth pattern improves swarf ejection during cutting, while holes in the back plate allow for easy plug removal. Supplied with a free pilot drill, this hole saw comes as a complete package in one box, ready for immediate use. The built-in arbor design also allows for quick and easy changes between sizes.
Suitable for wood, plastic, steel, galvanised steel, aluminium, stainless steel, copper, brass, and more. Available in a wide range of sizes from 16 mm to 152 mm. Hole saw kits are also available, see codes HSBKIT4 and HSBKIT9.
