The Plumboss RG-R1 Portable Roll Groover is designed to deliver fast, accurate pipe grooving for mechanical pipe joining systems. Built as an attachment for power drive units, it allows operators to groove pipe efficiently on site or in the workshop, eliminating the need for welding while ensuring strong, reliable connections.

Engineered for professional use, the RG-R1 features a power-assisted grooving mechanism that requires minimal effort to operate. The T-handle feed design reduces operator fatigue, while the anti-slip device ensures safe and stable operation during the grooving process. Groove depth can be easily adjusted, allowing consistent, repeatable results across a range of pipe sizes and specifications.

Compact and lightweight, the unit is built for portability without compromising durability. It is capable of grooving 2"–6" Schedule 10 steel pipe and 2"–3" Schedule 40 steel pipe, making it ideal for plumbing, mechanical and fire protection installations where grooved pipe systems are required.
